I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would consider staying here again if I revisit Jeju Island. The room amenities were impressive, especially during the warmer months, with an adjustable digital thermostat, opening windows, a bathtub, free wifi, fridge, mini bar, in-room safe, slippers, and terrycloth robes.
The hotel is located in the heart of Jeju town, just 8 minutes away from the airport and situated on the bustling main street, offering great convenience. The rooms have a classic 1970s-80s charm, with modern TVs being a pleasant touch. The service is excellent overall, though there were minor hiccups with the receptionist at the Casino. The dining experience offers a wide array of food choices but could use more authentic Korean flavors. Despite language barriers, the staff are generally super friendly and efficient.

Upon checking in, I found that the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel, making it a bit stuffy. Despite this, the room featured amenities like an adjustable thermostat, windows that open for fresh air, and a well-stocked mini bar. However, the room did show signs of aging and looked a bit run-down, not quite up to the standard of a 5-star hotel room.

The staff was friendly overall, except for one receptionist at the Casino. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas and restaurants, but the dining options were somewhat limited.
